House construction for the Roma people

On this page you can find the progress of the construction work. Here we have posted a video and pictures of the progress of house no. 1.

In this area we help with house building. They have no running water or electricity. The winter is harsh like in Norway with sub-zero temperatures.

Discover our work on house building, with pictures and text showing the progress. We decided to help a family with three children with a new house. The living conditions are indescribable for the 40 families in the area.

July 13th, first sod laying.

October 5 - house no. 1 completed and keys handed over.

July 24 - Emanuel digs with a mini excavator. Preparation for casting the sole.

August 7th - The walls have come up.

August 12th roof is being built.
